Please help me on port forwarding.

Hi, I have a netgear 824M router with build in adsl modem and 4 ports.

Surfing was smooth and everything was fine but not the video conferencing. It has video but no audio. I understand from netgear that port forwarding is needed but got lost in the setting up.

What is the lowest and highest port number used by the service ??

The program I am using is MSN messager.
