Does anybody know about this error....

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1221, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x00007ec4.

I formated a week ago because i was having lots of problems with windows explorer and it's back again......what is this error that i'm still receiving from time to time....

Note: I also received errors from Kazaa (lite) from time to time but this is not too bad..... i don't use it that much !

Have you tried doing a scandisk or whatever it's called in XP?Also might run Adaware could just be some spyware problems.

Have you ran a virus scan by chance?

Thanks for the replies,

I'm currently using SpyBot and Ad-Aware and there's no spyware around but it's the first thing that i did.

I also verified what's happening with some programs that i installed lately (MusicMatch, Kazaa lite, DSS DJ) to see if one of them can be related to my problem and for now i'm not sure about them.

I'm in the dark with that, i reinstalled a few days ago and it's still there so it could be anything right now.

I'll keep investigating hoping to find what's happening.
