IE problem

I have two computers on a network and every once in a while I cannot send a message because it will not accept the typing. I tried to reboot but that does not help. I tried to find something on the internet but was unable to do so. Anyone help.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Are you trying to send an e-mail message and cannot type text in the fields?

Sorry I didn't get back to you. will do so shortly.
My problem is if I want to access a web site it will not accept my typing in other words it will print nothing in the box. I wanted to get further info on diabetes and I could not type in a message.

Have you tried to repair IE?

What OS?

Have you tried another browser such as Opera to see if you get the same problem there. Hope that helps. Most likely its IE. I had several poblems a few days ago and did an update and it fixed it.

How can I update or choose a different browser. I came back after an hour and it was working again but I would like to fix it so I don't have the problem again.
