Kids Getting Syncronized System

I am running Win XP Pro on a A7N8X Deluxe Mobo, AMD XP 2400+, 80gig 7200 HDD, Ti4200, and 512mb Cruical PC 3200. I am want to get the best out of this system on a stable platform. I have a huge case with two 180mm rear fans and heatspreader for the ram. Please let me know any thoughts on better customizing this sytem to run together smooth and fast. Not really trying to overclock to much but get the system to utilize the best of the Hardware and software beyond what the defaults do. Defaults are just so a hardware and software work with a larger majority of systems componets on the market. I want to sysncronize!

Those are some big fans you got there, 180mm. What brand and model is your case?
