Please help ME with Tweaking

I want to know how to get the best stable performance out of a A7n8x Deluxe, Amd XP 2400+,Ti4200, w/ 521mb Crucial PC3200. I have all set at default. I might metion that I am using a huge case with two rear 180mm fans and a heat spreader for the Ram. I am just become interested in fine tuning a system beyond the default. I am very knowledgable on bug fixes with a variety of systems and software so dont hesitate to ask.

make sure you install the latest chipset drivers!

I am running XP Pro. I have turn off all the crap I dont use like the Extra network, etc. I also shut off the XP crap i dont use like network messenger, etc. I do have the latest Drivers for all hardware on the board and video card. All this it thanks to the great stickys and input from persons like your self...thanks.
