ive got water cooling on my old 1.6 woth 2 gb DDr2700 and i want to over clock it soo i can run a cs server and webserver etc... i have my own domain and forwarded ports the server is slow and laggy its on a 5500/3800 internet line,... but still laggy soo i think its hardware,.. the os is winxp pro ( i know windows is slow on servers) but its 1.6 ghz with 2 gbs of ram it should be fast enough .. windows it self is slow... i thin kits the hd,.. 40gb maxtor 5400 rpm but i have a 10krpm going in... if i get another copy of xp corp...
