Selling my Old system, how much is it worth?

Well I just finished my new system and a buddy of mine is interested in my old one, I quoted hime $250 for it. Is that a good amount of $$ for the following:

Athlon XP 2000+ (Palimino)
Thermaltake Volcano 7
ECS K7S5A
2x256MB Sticks of PC2100 (Crucial)
Geforce 3
Aspire Corporate (Black)

Am I asking for too much? Or too little? I priced it up on newegg (well, no geforce3's so I used a geforce3 Ti 200) and the total came to $350. He's suppling the HDD and optical drives, as well as using the onboard sound. I would as the whole $350 but I have used the system for about a year now. I need the $$$ so I can get a 9800 for my new system and carry over the 9500 to the Mini thats coming in on wed. Any input would be appreciated.

He's not my BEST friend, but thanks for agreeing with me guys, my other friends told me to charge him like $400 and make $$$ because he doesn't know any better. Sheesh........Well thanks for your blessing.
