Does the Springdale support the 400 MHz FSB Northwood A P4?

I just wanted to confirm that the Springdale, primarily, the PE version can accept the 1.6A GHz. I'm looking at this board which is the MSI MSI 865PENEO2-LS. What happens is that my uncle's mobo doesn't work, and I'll be giving him my mobo and ram. So I'll have the 1.6GHz spare CPU and that'll go to my brother which is why I ask, to confirm if the Springdale can accept that CPU.

According to Intel's website it shouldn't be a problem.
