Heatpipes and Zalman for silance

Has anyone used this product:
Zalman ZM-2HC1 Heatpipe Hard Drive Cooler
or this one:
Zalman ZM80C-HP Video Card Cooler?

I am still on the path of trying to get the silent PC, but still get good cooling.
I want to tone down my two 120 mm fans in my Sonata to their lowest posible setting which is about 1500 RPM where they are at 25 dB.
I have a GeForce3 TI 500 (not OCed) but I might want to go up to a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro or some new vid card, but not anytime soon.
My biggest concern, besides the CPU temps, is the HDD temps, so I want to give it extra cooling, for those who have seen it or own a Sonata, the intake fan is in a horrible position and even though it does provide some cooling for the HDD its not the best.

Also has anyone heard anything about this HS:
Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu for Socket A/754

At normal operation you have 25 dB which is pretty low.
But how well will it cool my CPU (Athlon XP 1700+ not oced)

Right now I am using a SLK700 with TMD fan and even though its not that loud I would like to get the noise lower while keeping the temperatures the same or lower.

Thanks for all the help guys.

zalman always has good products, but dont waste the heatpipe on a geforce3! just get a zalman fanmate on there to lower the rpms on the fan, cuz that thing wont get that hot! also, with that slk700 u should just get a fitting fan with variable speed control, cuz that will work the best for lowest cost... but zalman makes good hsf combos, but dont get the flower one, cuz they dont work too well.... get the most expensive one cuz its the best for any cpu

Not sure about the Vid card cooler, but I am seriously thinking about the HDD heat pipe, and lower the RPMs of my two Enermax 120 MM fans
