Sound Problem + start up error box

Problem with sound!!!
i have this weird problem with sound.
The sound is fine when i start up and play songs, during any game, sound is good as well.
after i exit the game, the sound seems really slow, and when i play songs, they are really slow.What can cause this. it happens on any game

Also when i start up the pc, when it is loading the desktop, and a small box shows up ....

the files that you reference are part of the Asus probe monitoring software

Ok great, i see now Asus probe isnt running, well no loss there.
But still this sound issue is a real bugger,

replacing the aslm75.sys file is a common fix it can be downloaded here
