That just means going with the 430 or 480 is overkill, IMO (In My Opinion). Take a look at the
Antec page on Newegg...I'm running a 350w PSU on this system (been for a year now) and I leave it on 24/7, temp is always in the 40's.

I have 3 buddies running nForce2 boards, only one of them has a 400-watt PSU...the other two have 350's.
I don't disagree with you on having a good PSU, twisted, but for a budget system he can cut corners a little.
