Help my screen!
It's all pixelated and such...

You can see almost every single Horizontal line on the screen and its making me mad.

Suggestions?

what type of monitor? OS?

try increasing the refresh rate.
get the latest drivers for you video card and monitor.

KDS Visual Sensations 19" CRT.
Win XP Pro

When I go into CS to adjust my settings, the OSD menu Wraps the screen. The top half of the menu is on the bottom half of the screen and vice-versa.

I'll check drivers now.

my refresh rate is 60hz...until I load CS then its 87 hz.

Could it possibly be my KVM switch?

oihattrick is on a distinguished road
it is because you have "Draw faster sprites" mode enabled in your video settings.

i reccomend not using software mode period however
