Attaching files problem on Vbulletin boards

I seem to have a problem with attaching files to Vbulletin boards..I'm signed up with a few and the problem is with all of them.
I use the attach file option ....but when I preview or submit, the attachment doesn't appear with the post.

I tried this on a friends PC with windows XP pro logged in and posted with attachments no problem.

My own PC runs XP home could there be a setting somewhere needing adjusting to sort this out ?....oh normal attachments with email etc I have no problem with..just these boards

what browser? what os are you on?

try www.windowsupdate.com
also try to default your internet security options.

did you try to attach the same file on the different computer? perhaps your file is too large.

Or the file may not be valid. Also on preview I don't think they show up anyways - only on the submission. And if you "preview" the file disappears from the "attach file" box and you have to re-attach it before submitting.
