do you mean print like print out on a piece of paper? or are you meaning you can't type your password, because nothing is "printing" on the screen when you type it?
do you have another account that you can log on under? remember the adminstator password?
what error message, if any, are you getting when you try to log on?
you say "network" is this a domain? perhaps talk to the admin.
