VID Card crashing when overclocked?

Ok, I am currently running a P4 3.06 @ 3.36mhz by turning up the front side bus, it runs reliably at this speed, if I turn the front side bus up any higher it obviously crashes like one would expect from upping the multiplier, I manually set the pci/AGP frequency to 66/33 and it still crashes the video card, is there any reason why? I know that when you turn up the FSB the PCI/AGP bus goes up also, but if I keep that speed at 66/33 why would it still crash the card? Im no expert, im actually very new to this all, but Im just trying to understand why this is happening.

Thanks guys.
Storm
