My FTP won't work!

I set up a small ftp to transfer files to my friends, out of the 16 people I gave names/passes to, 2 can't get on. No matter what they try, they just con't see it.

I have tried everything I can think of. It can't be on MY end, can it? Since 90% of people can get it. Must be on their end. But what do they do?

Using Serv-U Ftp

Friends have tried using everything from IE, Cute FTP, Mozilla, Crazy Browser.

Just these 2 people can't get in.

either tell them to uncheck passive mode in their client. or you have to enable passive connections on your side

yup yup...tell them to try unchecking passive mode. 9 times out of 10 when I have problems connecting to a given ftp site, that's what the problem is.
