Calculator Games

I just bought a new Texas Instrument TI-83 Plus, and i browsed through the internet looking for games. I downloaded a few, but where would i get a cable to transfer the games from my computer to my calculator? And how do you do it?

I have that same calculator, and the cord came with the calculator. Just find someone who has games and connect with them and transfer the files.

Its not too bad, I play games on my ti-89 sometimes and I change the batteries prolyl 2 times a year.

Personally I CANNOT STAND the 83 or 86.. the whole interface to me is far inferior to the menu driven 89, but then again it costs more...

Graphing calculators, such the TI-83 and up (83+, 86, 89, 92, 92+) can have games loaded onto them. Most are written in an assembly language that the calculator can execute. You can also program "TI-Basic" and create functions/programs. The Ti-89 however comes reploaded with hundreds of functions, it basically does almost any math u can think of.

You can hook it up to your comp with one of these: http://www.electronicprods.com/cable3.htm
You can also connect 2 calculators together and transfer files that way
