Need a very quiet HSF

I friend and me just finished building a new computer for him but he finds that the stock HSF that came with his processor is too loud for him and he want's a quieter one and I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a really quiet HSF and a place to order it.
He has it overclocked too so it has to cool the cpu fairly well

The system specs are:

AMD Athlon 2500+ @ 2.2ghz
Asus A7N8X-Deluxe
1gb pc3200
430w Antec truepower PS
Thermaltake Xazer III case

Thanks in advance

Well, Zalman makes the quietest stuff around. Silent and OC sometimes dont go togather that well, because silent fans spin at lower RPM's, which means less air flow.

Vantec Areoflow . very good cooling , you can even overclock with them . and they are very quiet .

or the Glacialtech Igloo Silent Breeze 462 II VERY quiet but not good for overclocking .

both are very quiet and work well ..

Thermaltake Silent Boost.

http://svc.com/thsibo.html

Noise Level: 21dBA

Basically, anything you find that's under 30db is going to be nearly inaudible...
