Cooling fan grille

I am in need of a cooling grille or louver (See attached pic for example) The attached example is from a country outside the USA. Does anyone know of one that is inside the US?

This will be used for a monitor that is encased inside a wood/plastic laminate enclosure (for security purposes) and I want to vent the case on the sides witha fan. I need the louver to protect the fan also to make the fan not visible.

Wow, i might mod my case and add one of those Louvre's or whatever they're called, did you get that from a british website by any chance?
