not enough to run in word

hey everyone I got an email from my dad this morning saying:

"Im working in word and when i go to save the doc to a folder
I get a error that says something like there is not enough run in word."

He has run norton defrag and maintenance program

I think he is referring to RAM liquated to word??
or maybe RAM is not being reused?

sry i dont have to much info i will call him later to get more...

the puter is a P3 333 with 128 RAM and running win 98

any ideas??

Sounds like he's running out of base memory. All the RAM in the world won't help that. What else has he got running in the background?

so its a good chance that he has too many little proggies working in the bk?? that sounds like it may work i'll have to check on that
