I'm going to reformat my hard drive. Where can I find the settings folder and /or any other folders I might need for AOL Instant Messenger so that I do not loose any settings or info for when I re-install the program.
Go to your AIM folder (c:\Program Files\AIM) and look for a file called "install.log". Open it with notepad and look through it. It lists the paths to the locations for every file and registry key used by AIM. You will find what you need there.
