need help from all you painters out there.

I need some blacklight (UV) responsive paint. I dotn mean the bright orange or green spraypaint, I mean a nice white/clear finish that will glow blue. anyone have any ideas?

btw I found a site already, they have some cool stuff, but I live in Canada, they want $15 US/ can (thats ok) and $15 US to ship that can (not ok). that works out to roughly $40 Canadian per can. I cant quite afford that on a product that I dont even know if it works or not. anyone have a TESTED suggestion that could be picked up at Walmart, a hardware store or paint shop, even autobody shop? I dont mid paying $20 - $25 per can, so long as it works.
