IPaq compatability

would this work in my IPaq 3955:

I don't see why not.. It says it supports PPC 2002.

If the 3955 has PPC2003, you might have to wait a little bit for drivers.

it has 2002, but i have read some places that it has CF, and other places say it has SD. what gives? sounds like a good price for me though...

You would probably need a CompactFlash sleeve for your iPaq. I had to buy one for my 3835 (same sleeve). SD is a small, thin slot on the top, in the same piece of plastic as the speaker. CF would be a larger and thicker slot.
