Kids PC boots sometimes.

This is an Epox 8K7A that I had repaired by Epox, and they replaced the bad leaking, capacitors.
I got it together including upgrading the CPU from an AMD 950 to an AMB 1800+ XP.

When I press the power switch, the lights go on, disks spin, fans spin, but no beeps.

I press the reset button 2 or 3 times and all is well.

What does this sound like to you ?
I seem to remember it doing this when it had the bad Caps in it before. If they are still bad, then I take back everything nice I said about Epox.

thanks

I've had bad power supplies and bad motherboards cause the same problem, as well as loose items on the mobo such as ram or cards.

Just the more likely possibilities...I've also had a bad keyboard/mouse hang a system much like that.
