Thats what I call overkill. Any high quality case will do, line it with sound dampening material to furthur reduce noise. Look around on various websites for "silent" fans psu's, etc. Check the db rating to determine how good they are.

I use the enermax whisper PSU and Swiftech MCX462+ with a Panaflo 92mm quiet fan for my low noise (XP2000) box. I also use 2 of the Panaflo 80mm quiet fans for case fans and a Tt coolmod 50mm hs/fan on my GF4 ti 4600.

Yeah yeah yeah, but look at the quality of the workmanship on this case. Don't tell me you would mind having one...

Well, It certainly would beat having many fans which would produce noise and blow out hot air and heat up the room and anyways. And yes, with enough fans and heat in a system, it tends to heat up a room.

It weighs 21kg (46lb) isn't too bad in my opinion when 7 bay full tower cases weigh over 50+ pounds..

Now here is the good part. This case will retail for around $900 ~ $1100USD!!

Lian-Li has a nice "Silent" case http://pctoys.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductID=925

I have a PC power and cooling "Ultra Quiet" PS they are alittle pricy but worth it
