Need help with phpbb2

hey guys. any of you that are familiar with phpbb2, you will know that when posting a message, when you get done it takes you to a screen with a link back to that thread and a link to the forum you were in and then after an interval of prolly 5 seconds it automatically takes you to the thread.

well what i want to do is shorten that interval to about 1 second but i dont know which file to edit. any ideas?

um, i dont think that will help bc i cant find php.ini anywhere in the phpbb2 folder. but thanks anyway. anybody else know?

In posting.php find '<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="3;url=' and replace the 3 with the number of seconds you want it to wait

well, if you do find the php.ini, setting:

speed_up_www=1;

won't do much, but worth a try!
