I have an abundance of Legos that I've been collecting for about 10 years. I want to build a Lego case but I have on question. If I set the motherboard directly on the Lego Case and I touched the Lego case would it shock me? How should I got about attaching the mobo to the PC?

You shouldn't get shocked, Legos are plastic.

You should use "stand-offs" that come w/ a regular case. Just drill holes in the Legos where they need to be attached.

Google for "lego mods" and you'll find tons w/ destructions on how to do it.
