converting to NTFS - "no NTLDR" error

I'm getting the"no NTLDR" error message after upgreading from win 98 to win 2k and converting to NTFS... it's and older machine (AMD k6, 128MB RAM, and 8GB of HD)
Any idea on how to create a bootable disc with sys.com on it?
Or any other way to deal with it?

There's really only one way to fix this . . . use the Search
