Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe Resolution?

I was thinking of getting this card to use as a VCR, as I have heard good things about it here, but I have also heard that the resolution you can record at is based on you PC. I was wondering If I can record a TV signal, with TV quality resolution, with the system I have. I checked the Leadtek site, but they didn't have any of that info there, and their download section didn't let me download the manual.

My system:
Windows 98SE
ECS K7S5A V3.1
1.33 GHz Athalon
256 Mb RAM - PC1600
120 Gb Maxtor HDD
52/24/52 Samsund CD-RW
16X Aopen DVD

I have the Win XP ugrade disk, so I can upgrade if I have to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what as in FPS? i was getting 50 fps and the caputre res i'm getting is 720x288 ++ on YUY2 format with 576 lines, i havent tried it any higher ...yet. But my software is customised for the BT chipset which only SOME of the winfast TV 2000XP Deluxes have.

So good luck dude identify if u have the BT chipset or not first and test it out. Dont forget to tune the card in before viewing.

I don't have the card yet, I was just wondering if I could record cable(not digital) signal at TV quality, with the system I have.
