power supply

I have just built a new PC with a GA-6xbc mobo 128MB ram, 4.2GB hdd. I tried to boot up the pc but initially had no screen. I now find I have no power supply. This power supply was working in an old machine with no problems. Im wondering if its a setting on the mobo. I really dont think the power supply has died on me, I think its something else. Any suggestions would be apprecialted.
Thanks
caigy

Have you connected the leads to the board correctly? Is this an AT, or an ATX power supply? AT has two seperate connectors for the board, ATX has one big one.

power supply

Its an ATX power supply. Has one connecter for the board then 3 connectors marked P3, P4, P5, P6. the P3 ive plugged into the the mobo, p4 is obviously for fdd as its only small and p5 for cd-rom and p6 for burner.

Ive also plugged all the LED leads in according to the manual but have no LED lights.

Power supply is 230Watt the board 2.0 V

At present it only has AGP 4MB video card, burner, CD rom and FDD, with 128 MB ram.. (One Stick)

This is first attempt at putting a pc together from scratch so hope the above help.
BTW has Celeron slot 1 266/66 CPU. whic I have set on the board to manual specifications. I havent tweaked it up at all past the original specifications. The first time I turned this on I had power now none at all.

I really appreciate you replies... Please except my thanks for the above and any further replies.

Got another you could throw in?
Sure you have the board wired up properly?
