Out of Office Assistant for Outlook 2000

How do I set up Out of Office Assistant to send messgaes while I'm out of the office? Under the "Tools" Tab, Out of Office Assistant is not listed. Do I need to upload or add something, before this will appear & work? I have the latest updates to date. Any comments appreciated. Thanks

Must be part of an exchange server to get it to work. Us poor little stand alone user can use it. Can create a message rule to reply to all incoming messages.
