I will pay 35$ for a console that won't power on, 40$ for a console with a tray that won't open or is broken in some other way, and 45$ for a console with a disc read error, plus I will pay for shipping. Oh dont so quick to condem him---he wants something you will throw out or shelve---if he can provide some better info about his "business" to comfort you you might be into it if you have a dead unit---

yea but the thing is alot of times the cause of those problems is a matter of cracking it open and checking solder and electric components. you could probable fix it your self but you gotta have some experience dealing with electronics. for those who dont think they could fix it i say sell it to the guy.
