Need Diamod stealth S540 XP driver

Hi! I think the only place I haven't searched for this Diamond stealth s540 XP video driver yet is the sea! Someone please help! Already looked at driverguide.com, video-driver.com, google etc... Only Win9x/Win2000 drivers are available! Any directions would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

did you try using windows update when searching for a driver that has worked for me a few times.

Diamond went out of buisiness well before XP was put out.
If XP doesn't have a built in driver for it, you may be out of luck.
