Since we don't have much 'specific' detail to go on... Generally, when installing W2K or XP, just have a diskette with your SCSI drivers on it available. During the install, you will be prompted to hit F6 (I think) if you need to install SCSI device drivers... just follow the install prompts.
Also, XP has a bit better native SCSI driver support than W2K, but I always had what I needed on my trusty 3.5" diskette.
