a link button in an image

i used to know how to do this and i know it deals with slice or something, well i got a image and it has the word ENTER in it, how do i make that enter linkable,

in photoshop

use slice tool
make a box around the button, then change to slice edit tool double click the left corner of that slice box, insert the URL, "save for web" and you should have it!

i hope you know what i mean
