6 copies of SVCHost.exe and 2 copies of Apache?

I have Apache web server installed and running when I need to send files to people, but I don't have the program running most of the time, yet theirs 2 copies of Apache.exe and a whopping SIX copies of SVCHost.exe running on my XP Pro box. Is this cause for concern? They are all listed as Processes, and each one takes up a different amount of RAM. My firewall is turned on, and I have Antivirus running and have done a scan recently.

I dont know about the apache since I don't run it, but multiple instances of svchost.exe is quite normal
