speedstream 5667 DSL modem problem

i had trouble with my DSL last week so i called up my ISP and they said that theres no reason that i shouldnt have service. so i tried unplugging the modem for a lil while and i plugged it back in i still didnt have internet service. i tried resseting the modem and now it wont even try to connect and i cant access the configuration page. when i turn the modem on, the power , enet and usb lights come on and stay on. if anyonee could help me i would appriceate it

When you hit "connect to" does it give you any error codes? - i.e. if it said code 651 then you are not using microfilters on all your phones.

i dont have any other phones hooked up to the line.........just the modem

no it doesnt give me any error codes.....it just sits there like a rock lol. i also get 10 hours of dial up internet access a month with my DSL. thank god :-P

Can you see that the modem is installed in the connections folder?

i have the manual for it already........it doesnt say anything about it. :'(
