Excell Question

I have five documets that are double spaced. Is there a way that I can convert the whole documeny to single spaced, instead of moving a line at a time. There are 20 lines to each document, this could take some time.

Do you have a database available? If not, you could download an Oracle Personal v ??? --

Once in a db, string manipulations can accomplish what you want.

Ok, this is annoying but it works.

First open Word.

Then copy all your numbers to your clipboad
Go back to word and hit the edit button.
Choose paste special.
Then choose "unformatted text".
Now paste.
Select what you just pasted and copy it. Don't worry that it still looks double line spaced.
Now go back to Excel and paste back into an empty cell.

This should do it.

If you can help with the ccapp thing thats my problem. Cheers

Sorry -- you can download a trial version of Oracle Database - Personal, or Oracle Lite from oracle.com.

If you choose to go this route, I can assist you with getting Excel data into the database. But maybe the other options presented are better -- don't know.
