Stained Glass Side Panel??

Has anybody tried this before?? I have all of the stuff to do it and it would look cool because it's not the normal window.

Or maybe etch the lines in the acrylic, then paint it.

i have never seen a stained glass window in a puter before but i have seen entire cases made of stained glass... i thought they looked kind of gaudy but i guess thats what youre into then more power to ya, it's all about what makes you happy and if you can do it well i'm sure it will turn out really nice.

p.s. i vote for the colored acryllic/plexi too, though i'm no expert so glass may work.

Just beware that although stained glass looks easy it's very time comsuming and requires alot of patience.
I'm sure those curved pieces on the case that Dazbo666 provided the link to took some time.

WOW, Dazbo, what a link!! WAY cool, man!

Sure, there shouldn't be any problem with stained glass. Just be sure to cushion it with rubber H-channel stripping, and don't use the comp for LAN parties, and I bet you'll have a real thing of beauty there!
