Mouse Scroll Problem
Got a problem in this computer.
My Girlfriend's computer is having a problem. The mouse is having scoll issues. When you scroll the mouse to perhaps scroll down or up the page it goes into a scroll lock type thing where it continually scrolls whether I want it to or not. It'll keep going like a lagged out delay. So If I scroll down then up (trying to get it to stop) once it finally decides to stop scrolling down it will jerk or scroll back up.
Realize this is all happening at normal scroll speed which is annoying as hell. The only way to avoid this issue is to grab the sidebar and drag it up and/or down. It's annoying...really.
Any suggestions for this neurotic issue?
