pictures in emails

I would like to send an email to a family member with pictures in the email, not attached. I am using hotmail and can't figure out for the life of me how to do it?

I tried to just copy and past but it didn't work.

As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

u might be able to setup your hotmail account onto your outlook and do it that way. Im pretty sure you can send an HTML email with hotmail. so your best bet would be host the pics somewhere and then just send your family members an HTML email

Are these pics in the "my pictures" folder? or from the internet?

Why not just configure Outlook Express to work with your Hotmail account? I think that would be the easiest way to do it.

Email should be text only. Attach the images.

If you don't want to attach them for whatever reason then host them at your web size and just give a URL link in the email that points to the images.

If the recipient isn't capable of dealing with either one of those solutions then maybe you should consider printing out the images and physically mailing them to him.

With hotmail (as is with Outlook Express) you can setup the email create screen to use rich-text (html) email. Then you can insert the pics into the email instead of sending as an attachment.
