Building a Mini-PC whatcha think?

I recently finish my main system and am planning on starting on my next project: A LAN BOX. Well here are the parts I'm looking at any advice will be appreciated.

-Soltek Mini-PC EQ3701M Retail (Heres a pic)

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...ion=56-150-005

-Lite-On Black 48x24x48x16 DVD/CDRW combo drive

-GEIL 2x256 MB PC3200 DDR w/copper Heat Spreader

-Barton 2600+ (I didn't know these existed!!)

-ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB

I currently have a 9500 Pro that I planned to put in there (It will be just laying around doing nothing when the 9800XT comes out) but I'm worried that it might put a little too much stress on the ACHME PSU (same psu used in the Shuttle XPC's) If you guys think the PSU can handle the 9500 Pro, let me know, it'll save me some cash. Why consider the 9600 Pro? The onboard sux (well in comparison), it runs considerably cooler, will OC like a Mofo (something I may not do), and(this is just a guess) it won't have to feed the need for more juice (or as much) compared to the "I need a floppy connector" 9500 Pro. Thanks for reading this post any suggestions will be appreciated

Peace out

Oh and it come with a carrying case (thats one of the reasons I'm going with Soltek as opposed to Shuttle or Biostar, well that and its a bit taller)

What did this rig set you back (for the whole thing)?

There are plenty of onboard video chips worse than the GF4 MX. Doesn't sound too bad.

The Soltek Mini and the Lite-On DVD/CD-RW is a gift and I'm buying the ram and the Barton 2600+, I already have a 60GB Maxtor I'm throwing in there and am contemplating reusing the Radeon 9500 Pro. If I reuse the 9500 Pro the total comes to $494, but if I get the 9600 pro its gonna be $646.

My only concern would be first if it would have enough space for a good hs/fan for the 2600+ and two the psu only being 200w I would try to find a was to fit a better psu in there like a enermax wisper in there. Just my .02 cents

well it comes with an all copper HSF and the Barton 2600 runs at 1.9Ghz, considering my Barton 2500 @3200 max temp is 42C and I'm keeping this one at stock speed, I hope I dont have to worry, thanks for the info on the Enermax PSU, I'll look it up and buy one too as a backup as long as it fits in the case (its little..teeheehee hee)
