Vodka Bottle Label Design

I need HELP, ADVISE, and DIRECTION ......HELP!!!!!!


We are making a home made Vodka and distributing locally. Due to ATF rules and governmnet regulations we have to call out vodka a "Rasin Brandy"(Long story)... I want to redesign our lable and can't seem to find a good start or even a good concept.

The label will determine our entire sales and promotion campagne and I just can;t seem to get anything going!!

I know the picture is poor in quality however the label is too shiny and we can not take a good picture of it!! Please help

The red label is 40% alcohol and the Black Label is 50%, there is also a third bottle that is a Strawbery Brandy(even the beverage is a pink-redish color )
Or I could even have a contest !!! to the winner goes a couple of bottles!!! or something like that

can you just list what is on the label now? or what all you would like on it?

verything is changable according to ATF rules we must have the following on the bottom of each label

"50% Alcohol by volume 100 proof"
"Distilled and Bottled by"
"Bear and Eagle products"
"California Raisin Brandy"
"Tel: Fax:"
"Street Address and Zip"

Everything Else is OPne play!! even the collar around the bottles neck!

maybe u should give us the proportion of the labels
...u know, don't wanna end up with design on square, rectangles of different sizes


and is photoshop an option? cuz if it's gonna get sent to print, u'd probably need high resolution .psd or a vector

Can you cut one of the lables off and scan it?

If you boil water and steam it the glue will melt and the lable will come right off.

I have to wait till Monday to get my hands on one of the labels to scan, for now I do however have the dimensions =5" x5" square with rounded edges

any format is fine: Photoshop, fireworks,…
