My desktop got hijacked!

My icons were moved.. instead of being lined up on the left, they're lined up on the top.

And my adress bar is gone! The lower one that shows the blue progress bar, and the web address if you float over a link w/your mouse. How do I get it back? Restarting didn't work.

I was thinking of doing that too, vass...not that I get tired of typing the same thing over and over, but it would expedite the tech support!

To get your address bar back in IE click view > toolbars > and check "address bar"
