is 120F to hot for p4 chip?

I have an asus p4c800 Deluxe-e mobo with intel p4 800mhz FSB
I am new to overclocking and now have it overclocked to 3.1 ghz at 1040FSB. When i task it out (say Unreal Tourn 2003) my cpu temp rises to almost 120F. Is this okay? Normally the CPU temp is less than 100F. Please help. I dont want to fry my chip!

that's fine; it's only around what, 34, 35 C? It goes up because you're working your chip harder when you play a game.
