What do these errors mean?

When starting my computer of blood, sweat and tears today, it didn't really
get into the Windows environment. Instead, I was told that it was shutting down again.
When restarting the PC, I checked the event viewer and found the following
errors. Anyone who knows what this could be?

My specs: Windows XP, AMD Athlon 1.4GHz, 512 MB RAM, DVD-drive, CD-R/ROM-drive, 2 hard drives (80 GB &
120 GB), Soundblaster Live Value, GeforceFX5200
