COMP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

ok heres the deal. MY comp got turn off and on like 4 times in a row during huricane isabel( i kno ikno i am so stupid for playing during a hurricane) now when i i try to start up windows a blue screen pops up saying UNSOURMOUNTBLE BOOT VOLUME.
does this mean my hard drive is gonna to hell. cuz it only happenes when i try to start windows
or could it be my cpu or somethign else screwing up

Which Windows version do you have??

Does the computer make any beeps when you start it??

Are all your drives being properly detected in BIOS??

Also, recheck that error message & make sure you have posted it exactly as it appears on the screen.

hey i have windoes xp and the comp loads up all fine nothing wrong till it says select which windows all the safemodes normal or last setting it worked the same thing happens with all of em and i am gonna type the whole the message

ok the whole screen is blue and it says

A problem has been detected and windows needs to shut down to save your computer from damge

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

if this is the first time you have seen this message restart your computer. if the messaage keeps coming back follow these steps:

Make sure that any new hardware or software is properly installed. check for any new windows updates.

Make sure and advanced bios features are disable and a whole bunch of crap bout bios which i have already tried. then it says
