outlook 2003 and multiple views

Is it possible to have 2 views open at the same time with Outlook 2003?

What I mean is that I would like to have outlook open only once but have it display my calendar and inbox at the same time. Have the inbox on the top of the screen and the calendar on the bottom.

Is it possible in outlook or with an addon?

don't have 2003 yet...

there is no way to do it in 2k or xp, but maybe there is a plug in for it somewhere, i doubt it though

I have been messing with it for a few days now and have not found a way to do it. I searched on the net for a plug in but no luck yet.
