Video Card Overheating plz HELP

Ok i just got a custom pc from quadigy.com it came with the following video vard:

MSI GeForce4 TI4800SE TV&DVI 128MB AGP Video Card

When I try to run 3d games such as Warcraft3, FinalFantasy X, morrowind....anything like that I have a reoccuring problem.

If the pc has been on for a long time when i load these games they will run for about 5 seconds before either just shutting down, freezing the pc, or in most cases giving me a "cannot read memory at location ..." error.

If i turn off the pc for a while, open the case, blow a fan in there then I can run these games for about 30 mins before the same errors occur.

My case has 5 fans, both the processor and video card fans are running as well. I have all rounded and bundled cables; however I have noticed that if i touch the heatsinnk on the cpu after it has been running for a few hours it is almost too hot to hold my finger on.

The video card is of course located directly below the cpu heatsink, and i cannot move it.

Any suggestions on how I could solve this, or if i am even correct on the diagnosis.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks

also just to add to what I have stated before. I only have 3 case fans, I accidently listed 5.

Also I just touched the top of the video card (behind the chip) and it is almost too hot to touch. The pc has been running for about 45 mins.

This is a double post - I responded here: http://www.techimo.com/forum/t81769.html

sc300tt: Welcome to TechIMO But you should probably take a look at the forum rules. (like only posting a question in one forum to prevent confusion)
