Ordered my first Cold Cathode

R these things easy to install?

I ordered a dual cold cathode light kit off of www.pcmods.com and I have not got it yet.

However I do not have a window but that will be my next order, I just thought the lights would illuminate through my fan holes and such.

Said it came with a PCI switch.

How does the light go on the side panel? Does it just stick or something?

The ones that I am going to get come with velcro on one side and a sticky thing on the other, stick it onto the case, the cathode has the other side of velcro on it and bob's your uncle.

Window kits, as far as i know, come with the template of the shape, the two rubber parts (one big one, one smaller one) and the plastic window itself. No tools.

All you really need is a Jigsaw, and a place to cut it, and a steady hand and your all set.

At PCmods.com you can purchase a nibbler tool which will probally work better and be easier then a jigsaw of a dremel.

I went to the neighboors house and used his high power drill to make some holes in my case at the bottom, the affects from the cathodes are pleasing.

I'm planning on doing something similar with either cathodes or EL wire to produce the "UFO effect" around the bottom of my case
